How to use the crest white strips without the light:

  1. Peel the white strips from the packaging.

  2. Apply the strips firmly onto the surfaces of your teeth.

  3. Remove them after 30 minutes.




How to use the crest white strips with the LED light:

  1. Peel the strips from the plastic liner.

  2. Apply the strips firmly to your teeth.

  3. Place the light against the strips.

  4. Turn the light on for 5 minutes. It will shut off automatically.

  5. Leave the strips on for a total of 30 minutes.

  6. Remove strips from teeth.



The Crest white strips which are left on for 60 minutes

Only two out of the nine variations of Crest white strips need to be left on the teeth for 60 minutes total. They make it easy for you to distinguish because they have 1 hour listed on the label.


How to use the 60 minute crest white strips without the light:

  1. Remove the white strips from the packaging.

  2. Adapt the strips firmly to the surfaces of your teeth.

  3. Remove the strips after 60 minutes.


How to use the 60 minute crest white strips with the LED light:

  1. Peel the strips from the plastic liner and packaging.

  2. Apply the strips firmly to your teeth by adapting it.

  3. Place the LED light against the strips.

  4. Turn the LED on for 5 minutes total. It will shut off automatically.

  5. Leave the strips on your teeth for a total of 60 minutes.

  6. Remove the strips from your teeth.

The Crest white strips can certainly whiten your teeth since they contain actual whitening ingredient within them. They are also very easy to use and convenient as well. However, you should read the label closely since Crest makes 9 different variations of the product. Some of them require 30 minutes of treatment while others require 60 minutes.
